Business Development Manager - Civil Engineer (Construction & Fit-Out)

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong business development skills to join our growing team in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities in Construction, Fit-Out, and Maintenance projects
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Identify and secure new project leads and contracts
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations
• Achieve company sales and revenue targets
• Maintain strong market presence and client network

Requirements:
Civil Engineering background (Degree/Diploma)
Proven experience in UAE construction or fit-out industry
Strong business development and client acquisition skills
Arabic language required with Emirati-level accent/fluency
Strong communication and negotiation skills
UAE market knowledge and project sourcing ability
UAE driving license preferred
