Business Development Executive

**PURELY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IN INTERIORS & FIT-OUT OR RETAIL**

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail fitout sectors
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and scope

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored interior and fitout solutions
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Identify potential market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services
  • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure alignment on project feasibility

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities to management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of projects post-sale

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
