We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Digital Specialist to join our corporate team.This role supports both our digital presence across locations and our corporate IT operations, making it a key position within our organization.The IT Digital Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles and digital listings for all store locations, while also providing corporate-level IT support such as setting up computers, managing email accounts, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with strong technical skills, digital experience, and excellent attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesGoogle Listings &amp; Digital Management<ul><li>Manage and update Google Business Profiles for all franchise locations.</li><li>Maintain accurate business information including hours, photos, services, and branding.</li><li>Handle listing verifications, duplicate listing issues, and suspensions.</li><li>Manage digital listings on Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing, Waze, and other online directories.</li><li>Assist with online updates for new store openings, relocations, and closures.</li><li>Upload and maintain digital assets such as store images, promotional materials, and logos.</li></ul>Corporate IT Support<ul><li>Set up new workstations (computers, monitors, printers, software, etc.).</li><li>Create and manage corporate email accounts and user access (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).</li><li>Provide basic technical support to corporate staff (password resets, login help, access issues).</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for office devices and computers.</li><li>Maintain an inventory of laptops, devices, and IT equipment.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding: device setup, account creation, account deactivation.</li></ul>Reporting, Data &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Track and report performance metrics for Google listings (views, clicks, calls, reviews).</li><li>Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to support franchise owners.</li><li>Communicate with store managers and franchisees regarding digital listing updates or issues.</li><li>Recommend improvements to strengthen overall digital visibility and SEO health.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in IT support, digital management, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience with Google Business Profile required.</li><li>Strong general IT knowledge, including computer setup, software installation, user support, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.</li><li>Familiarity with online listings tools (Yext, BrightLocal, SOCi, Moz Local) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Highly organized, tech-savvy individual</li><li>Positive, professional, and service-oriented</li><li>Able to work independently and solve problems quickly</li><li>Strong communicator and team collaborator</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Opportunities for career growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
