World of Smoke & Vape is fast-growing national franchise with multiple store locations across the United States. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Digital Specialist to join our corporate team.
This role supports both our digital presence across locations and our corporate IT operations, making it a key position within our organization.
The IT Digital Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles and digital listings for all store locations, while also providing corporate-level IT support such as setting up computers, managing email accounts, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with strong technical skills, digital experience, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Google Listings & Digital Management
- Manage and update Google Business Profiles for all franchise locations.
- Maintain accurate business information including hours, photos, services, and branding.
- Handle listing verifications, duplicate listing issues, and suspensions.
- Manage digital listings on Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing, Waze, and other online directories.
- Assist with online updates for new store openings, relocations, and closures.
- Upload and maintain digital assets such as store images, promotional materials, and logos.
Corporate IT Support
- Set up new workstations (computers, monitors, printers, software, etc.).
- Create and manage corporate email accounts and user access (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
- Provide basic technical support to corporate staff (password resets, login help, access issues).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for office devices and computers.
- Maintain an inventory of laptops, devices, and IT equipment.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding: device setup, account creation, account deactivation.
Reporting, Data & Collaboration
- Track and report performance metrics for Google listings (views, clicks, calls, reviews).
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to support franchise owners.
- Communicate with store managers and franchisees regarding digital listing updates or issues.
- Recommend improvements to strengthen overall digital visibility and SEO health.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, digital management, or a similar role.
- Experience with Google Business Profile required.
- Strong general IT knowledge, including computer setup, software installation, user support, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with online listings tools (Yext, BrightLocal, SOCi, Moz Local) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
