 ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Leadership/Management<ul><li>
Effectively lead team, modeling, mentoring and training</li><li>
Create a monthly email blast featuring specific parts and sending out to all customers and leads.</li><li>
Run weekly and monthly sales reports to present to upper management.</li><li>
Prepare an annual operating budget for the parts department.</li><li>
Oversee parts marketing to achieve revenue goals.</li><li>
Manage the daily activities of the parts department and staff.</li><li>
Responsible for setting team and individual goals and conducting performance appraisals.</li><li>
Analyze expenses and revenues and make adjustments in sales plan to achieve profitability.</li></ul>
Parts Maintenance<ul><li>
Inventory management (stocking levels, turn ratio, slow moving, scrap).</li><li>
Drive savings opportunities, vendor consolidation, establish favorable terms vendors.</li><li>
Manage pricing and technical database to allow for speedy/accurate response time.</li><li>
Lead team to research and provide customers with part information by utilizing all available resources.</li><li>
Maintain and improve processes for the parts warehouse to optimize efficiency.</li><li>
Ensure timely quoting and follow up for internal and external customers.</li><li>
Ensure team keeps website postings and network listings are up to date and accurate</li><li>
Process all orders on behalf of departments and expedite/communicate order status accordingly.</li><li>
Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>
Safety<ul><li>
Report all recognized unsafe conditions or acts to Management.</li><li>
Wear proper PPE when necessary.
 </li></ul>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Attend training sessions as required.</li><li>
Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES<ul><li>
Supervise/manage/direct the selection, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments of 2 or more personnel.</li></ul>

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)<ul><li>
Gross Profit vs. Budget: Measured based on the gross profit percentage.
</li><li>Used Parts Revenue Budget: Measured based on if the revenue for used parts stayed in budget for the month Target is $20k/month.
</li><li>A/R Collections: Measured based on the amount of A/R collections that are 90 days past due.</li><li>
New Parts Listings: Measured based on the number of new parts listings by qtr.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
EDUCATION<ul><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required</li></ul>
CERTIFICATIONS &amp; LICENSES<ul><li>
Driver&rsquo;s License and passport required</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
5 to 7 years related experience and/or training, preferably with a technical background</li><li>
Preferred familiarity with Salesforce.com</li><li>
Team leadership experience</li><li>
Inventory planning</li></ul>
