ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Leadership/Management
-
Effectively lead team, modeling, mentoring and training
-
Create a monthly email blast featuring specific parts and sending out to all customers and leads.
-
Run weekly and monthly sales reports to present to upper management.

Prepare an annual operating budget for the parts department.

Oversee parts marketing to achieve revenue goals.
-
Manage the daily activities of the parts department and staff.
-
Responsible for setting team and individual goals and conducting performance appraisals.
-
Analyze expenses and revenues and make adjustments in sales plan to achieve profitability.
Parts Maintenance
-
Inventory management (stocking levels, turn ratio, slow moving, scrap).
-
Drive savings opportunities, vendor consolidation, establish favorable terms vendors.
-
Manage pricing and technical database to allow for speedy/accurate response time.
-
Lead team to research and provide customers with part information by utilizing all available resources.
-
Maintain and improve processes for the parts warehouse to optimize efficiency.

Ensure timely quoting and follow up for internal and external customers.

Ensure team keeps website postings and network listings are up to date and accurate
-
Process all orders on behalf of departments and expedite/communicate order status accordingly.

Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Safety

Report all recognized unsafe conditions or acts to Management.

Wear proper PPE when necessary.

Attend training sessions as required.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Supervise/manage/direct the selection, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments of 2 or more personnel.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)

Gross Profit vs. Budget: Measured based on the gross profit percentage.
- Used Parts Revenue Budget: Measured based on if the revenue for used parts stayed in budget for the month Target is $20k/month.
- A/R Collections: Measured based on the amount of A/R collections that are 90 days past due.

New Parts Listings: Measured based on the number of new parts listings by qtr.
Requirements:
EDUCATION
-
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

Driver’s License and passport required
EXPERIENCE
-
5 to 7 years related experience and/or training, preferably with a technical background

Preferred familiarity with Salesforce.com
