Overview We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional results. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction and remodeling, we want to hear from you.Duties<ul><li>Perform construction painting tasks to enhance the appearance of structures</li><li>Work on construction sites to carry out remodeling projects efficiently</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints to execute remodeling plans accurately</li><li>Install fixtures such as lighting, plumbing, and hardware</li><li>Fabricate materials as needed for remodeling projects</li><li>Hang doors securely and accurately during renovation processes</li><li>Restore surfaces to their original condition through repair and refinishing techniques</li><li>Apply stucco finishes to walls and ceilings using appropriate methods</li><li>Utilize hand tools effectively to complete tasks with precision</li><li>Install kitchen cabinets</li><li>Install tile in bathrooms and flooring</li><li>Install vinyl and laminate flooring</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in construction painting, flooring, kitchends and bathrooms , and remodeling projects</li><li>Proficiency in construction site operations and safety protocols</li><li>Ability to read and understand blueprints for remodeling purposes</li><li>Skilled in fixture installation and fabrication of materials</li><li>Experience in door hanging and restoration techniques</li><li>Knowledge of stucco application methods and surface restoration processes</li><li>Proficient in using a variety of hand tools for construction tasks</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company</li><li>Collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation</li></ul>If you possess the required skills and experience for this role, we invite you to apply for the position of Remodeler.
