We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing various remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional results. Duties

• Perform construction painting tasks to enhance the appearance of structures
• Work on construction sites to carry out remodeling projects efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute remodeling plans accurately
• Install fixtures such as lighting, plumbing, and hardware
• Fabricate materials as needed for remodeling projects
• Hang doors securely and accurately during renovation processes
• Restore surfaces to their original condition through repair and refinishing techniques
• Apply stucco finishes to walls and ceilings using appropriate methods
• Utilize hand tools effectively to complete tasks with precision
• Install kitchen cabinets
• Install tile in bathrooms and flooring
• Install vinyl and laminate flooring

Skills

• Proven experience in construction painting, flooring, kitchends and bathrooms , and remodeling projects
• Proficiency in construction site operations and safety protocols
• Ability to read and understand blueprints for remodeling purposes
• Skilled in fixture installation and fabrication of materials
• Experience in door hanging and restoration techniques
• Knowledge of stucco application methods and surface restoration processes
• Proficient in using a variety of hand tools for construction tasks
