The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by providing exceptional clerical support and customer service. This position involves interacting with our partnered groups, patients and their families, managing patient scheduling, and performing various administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and handling patient report distribution</li><li>Support office team with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents</li><li>Utilize Google Suite for patient management and record keeping.</li><li>Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and handle phone etiquette with professionalism</li><li>Assist with medical scheduling to optimize appointment availability for patients.</li><li>Maintain an organized office environment that promotes efficiency and professionalism.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior medical office office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail is preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy skills along with strong typing speed and data entry accuracy.
