 <div>As Finance and Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization&rsquo;s financial management and tax compliance functions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective tax planning, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial analysis to support business objectives. The position combines hands-on financial oversight with proactive tax strategy and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Financial Management
<ul><li>Review financial statements and conduct variance analysis</li>
<li>Ensure strong internal control and financial governance</li>
</ul></li><li>Tax Compliance &amp; Planning
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations</li>
<li>Manage preparation for federal, state, and local tax returns</li>
<li>Oversee income tax, franchise tax, sales/use tax, and other applicable taxes</li>
<li>Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors</li>
</ul></li><li>Cash Flow &amp; Treasury
<ul><li>Monitor cash flow and working capital</li>
<li>Support financing arrangements and decisions</li>
</ul></li><li>Leadership
<ul><li>Supervise finance and accounting staff</li>
<li>Develop policies and procedures for financial and tax operations</li>
</ul></li><li>Ad hoc assignments from management</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or finance required</li>
<li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in finance or tax or</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations</li>
<li>Professional team player and good communication skills</li>
<li>Good organization and communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI experience preferred</li>
<li>CPA &amp; ERP experience preferred</li>
<li>Bilingual required &ndash; Mandarin/English</li>
