Job SummaryWe are seeking a Clean Room Supervisor to oversee clean room operations involved in the cleaning, disinfection, inspection, packaging, and labelling of surgical instruments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical environment, preferably Operation Theatre (OT), CSSD, hospital sterile services, or medical device manufacturing, with strong knowledge of cleanliness protocols and infection control standards.The role requires hands-on supervision to ensure strict adherence to clean room SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesClean Room Operations &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Supervise daily activities in the clean room to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with approved protocols.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of clean room procedures, gowning practices, and controlled environment discipline.</li><li>Monitor environmental cleanliness and coordinate corrective actions when required.</li></ul>Cleaning &amp; Disinfection Control<ul><li>Oversee cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments according to approved SOPs.</li><li>Ensure correct use of cleaning agents, disinfectants, and validated processes.</li><li>Verify instruments are free from contamination, residues, and defects before packaging.</li></ul>Inspection, Packaging &amp; Labeling<ul><li>Supervise clean packaging and labeling activities to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance.</li><li>Ensure instruments are handled, packed, and labeled in a contamination-free environment.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality Control for inspections and documentation.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, CE, FDA, and internal quality standards.</li><li>Maintain proper records related to cleaning, disinfection, inspection, and packaging.</li><li>Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.</li></ul>Team Management &amp; Training<ul><li>Supervise clean room staff and ensure tasks are performed efficiently and correctly.</li><li>Train staff on clean room behavior, hygiene, infection control, and SOP compliance.</li><li>Enforce discipline, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate with QC, Production, and Management to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Report non-conformities, deviations, or risks related to cleanliness or quality.</li><li>Assist in continuous improvement of clean room processes.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a clean room, OT, CSSD, sterile processing, or medical device manufacturing environment.</li><li>Medical-related background preferred (OT Technician, CSSD staff, hospital sterile services, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of cleanliness protocols, infection control, and sterile handling.</li><li>Familiarity with clean room SOPs and quality standards.</li><li>Basic documentation and reporting skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.</li><li>Ability to supervise staff and enforce protocols.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Understanding of surgical instruments is a plus.</li><li>Physically fit to work in a controlled clean room environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a globally compliant medical device manufacturer</li><li>Professional growth in a regulated quality environment</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Stable and long-term career opportunity</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
