Job Description:
Wrangler Instruments is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Store Incharge to support daily store, inventory, and dispatch operations. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining stock records, ERP entries, documentation, material receiving, and issuance activities while ensuring accuracy and proper record management.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who wish to build a career in store and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities Inventory & Store Operations
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials.
- Support material issuance against approved requisitions.
- Maintain stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Support physical stock counts and inventory verification activities.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Documentation & ERP Management
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs), stock registers, and store records.
- Update inventory transactions in ERP and manual systems.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of store-related records.
- Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and updated.
Dispatch & Coordination
- Assist in dispatch and receiving activities between Lahore and Sialkot facilities.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and dispatch departments.
- Follow up on material movements and ensure timely documentation.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Draft professional emails and communicate with internal departments regarding stock and material requirements.
- Assist the Store Incharge in preparing operational reports and inventory summaries.
Housekeeping & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store area.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control practices.
- Follow safety guidelines for handling and storing materials.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in store, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email Writing, and Documentation.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn ERP systems and inventory procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of GRN preparation and stock record maintenance.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
