Assistant Store Manager

Job Purpose:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the material store by ensuring accurate inventory control, timely receipt and issuance of materials, proper record maintenance, and coordination with relevant departments to support uninterrupted factory operations.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Intermediate qualification.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fresh candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily store operations and inventory activities.
- Receive and check incoming materials against delivery documents.
- Store materials properly and maintain organized storage areas.
- Issue materials against approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the system and registers.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory verification activities.
- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Prepare basic store and inventory records as required.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for material issuance and receipt.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store premises.
- Follow company policies and store procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
