<ul><li>Monitor Restaurant Operations &ndash; Observe staff behavior, customer service, and food handling to ensure compliance with company policies.</li><li>Identify &amp; Report Violations &ndash; Record hygiene, safety, and operational violations, providing detailed reports with evidence.</li><li>Hygiene &amp; Food Safety Inspections &ndash; Ensure kitchen, dining, and storage areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.</li><li>Enforce Policies &amp; Procedures &ndash; Educate staff on hygiene, safety, and company policies to prevent violations.</li><li>Asset &amp; Security Surveillance &ndash; Monitor restaurant assets, cash handling, and unauthorized activities.</li><li>Pest Control &amp; Waste Management &ndash; Check for pest infestations and ensure proper waste disposal procedures.</li><li>Ensure Proper Uniform &amp; Personal Hygiene &ndash; Verify staff compliance with dress code, hand hygiene, and PPE usage.</li><li>Assist in Training &amp; Corrective Actions &ndash; Work with management to implement improvements and train staff on compliance issues.</li><li>Review Customer Complaints &amp; Feedback &ndash; Investigate complaints related to hygiene, safety, and service quality.</li><li>Daily &amp; Weekly Reporting &ndash; Submit compliance reports with recommendations for corrective measures.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
