Nanny / Mother&rsquo;s Helper / House Manager (Part-Time &rarr; Full-Time Potential) Chandler, AZ $19&ndash;$21.50/hr (W2) | 20-25 hrs/week averageAbout the Role We&rsquo;re a warm, down-to-earth family looking for a dependable, proactive Mother&rsquo;s Helper / Nanny to support our home during a busy season with a toddler and a baby on the way.This role focuses on:<ul><li>Hands-on toddler care</li><li>Occasional infant support</li><li>Light household help to keep things running smoothly</li></ul>If you naturally notice what needs to be done and step in without being asked, you&rsquo;ll feel right at home here.Quick Details<ul><li>Schedule: 3 weekdays/week (~8 hrs/day)</li><li>Start Date: ASAP (right fit matters most)</li><li>Location: W Chandler Blvd &amp; McClintock area</li><li>Growth: Opportunity for full-time after baby arrives</li><li>Long-term position</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll DoChildcare:<ul><li>Care for an active 2.5-year-old (play, outings, routines)</li><li>Support naps, meals, and daily structure</li><li>Occasional infant support (feeding, soothing, diapering)</li></ul>Household Support (Light):<ul><li>Tidy play/common areas</li><li>Dishes, bottles, and basic kitchen upkeep</li><li>Children&rsquo;s laundry</li><li>Simple meal prep (when time allows)</li><li>Occasional errands</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Calm, positive, and dependable</li><li>Proactive - sees what needs to be done</li><li>Comfortable working alongside a parent</li><li>Enjoys toddlers and the newborn stage</li></ul>Requirements (Must-Have)<ul><li>2 years childcare experience (3+ years preferred)</li><li>Infant experience</li><li>CPR &amp; First Aid certified</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Comfortable with large dogs</li><li>Able to pass a background check</li></ul>Nice to Have (Not Required)<ul><li>Toddler + newborn experience together</li><li>Montessori familiarity</li><li>Mother&rsquo;s helper / household support experience</li></ul>About Our Family<ul><li>2.5-year-old son (active, curious, loves to play, outings)</li><li>Baby girl due September 2026</li><li>Two friendly large breed dogs (no care needed)</li><li>Calm, respectful home environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$19&ndash;$21.50/hr depending on experience</li><li>W2 payroll</li><li>Flexible, supportive household</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term role</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Childcare: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
