We’re a warm, down-to-earth family looking for a dependable, proactive Mother’s Helper / Nanny to support our home during a busy season with a toddler and a baby on the way.

This role focuses on:

• Hands-on toddler care
• Occasional infant support
• Light household help to keep things running smoothly

Quick Details

• Schedule: 3 weekdays/week (~8 hrs/day)
• Start Date: ASAP (right fit matters most)
• Location: W Chandler Blvd & McClintock area
• Growth: Opportunity for full-time after baby arrives

What You’ll Do

Childcare:

• Care for an active 2.5-year-old (play, outings, routines)
• Support naps, meals, and daily structure
• Occasional infant support (feeding, soothing, diapering)

Household Support (Light):

• Tidy play/common areas
• Dishes, bottles, and basic kitchen upkeep
• Children’s laundry
• Simple meal prep (when time allows)
• Occasional errands

What We’re Looking For

• Calm, positive, and dependable
• Proactive - sees what needs to be done
• Comfortable working alongside a parent
• Enjoys toddlers and the newborn stage

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 2 years childcare experience (3+ years preferred)
• Infant experience
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable with large dogs
• Able to pass a background check

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Toddler + newborn experience together
• Montessori familiarity
• Mother’s helper / household support experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $19–$21.50/hr depending on experience
