EstimatorPosition OverviewWe are a growing landscaping company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Estimator to play a key role in our continued growth. This role is essential to meeting our goals in growing our sales/ project pipeline, allowing ownership and field leadership to focus on operations, clients and quality craftsmanship.The Estimator will support our estimating and business development efforts by helping prepare bids, track project opportunities and nurture relationships with our recurring clientele. This role is ideal for someone early in their career and is interested in learning the construction estimating process from the ground up.Over time, this role has the potential to grow into managing our estimating department and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating SupportAssist with preparing landscape construction bidsReview construction plans and specificationsCoordinate with our estimating team to develop accurate estimatesTrack bid submissions and resultsAssist with bid follow-ups and correspondence from clientsBusiness DevelopmentVisit clients&rsquo; officesIntroduce Wright Landscaping and build relationshipsHelp maintain relationships with existing clientsProject TrackingMaintain customer databaseTrack upcoming projects and bidding opportunitiesHelp manage the company&rsquo;s pipeline of potential projectsThis is not an exhaustive list of all work responsibilities required of this position, ownership may fromtime to time add responsibilities as the business needs require.QualificationsBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredConstruction experience preferredDegree or coursework in Construction Management, Business, Finance or related fields is a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to read construction plans (or willingness to learn)Self-motivated and eager to learnValid driver&rsquo;s licenseWhat We&rsquo;re Looking ForDesire to start a long-term career in construction estimatingMotivated, dependable and organizedEnjoys building relationships with peopleTakes initiative and enjoys learning new skillsWants to grow within a fast-growing companyCompensationFull-time, salaried position$45,000 &ndash; $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
