This individual will collaborate with design teams on multiple projects in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet client, contractual and company requirements.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Produce engineering drawings in Revit at the direction of engineering staff using company standards. Typical structures include concrete tanks, concrete foundations, concrete masonry, wood framed buildings, steel framed buildings, and trusses.</li>
<li>Examine existing structure conditions using Matterport software.</li>
<li>Obtain knowledge of the engineering discipline standards, codes, and systems through assisting with contract document preparation.</li>
<li>Develops familiarity with company standards, client expectations and typical engineering practices.</li>
<li>Accompany engineering staff on field assignments when appropriate.</li>
<li>Participate in project review meetings.</li>
<li>Manages work with project budgets and schedules.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Functions</b></h2>
<ul><li>Familiarity with typical building drafting standards.</li>
<li>BIM Coordination.</li>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.</li>
<li>Strong personal organization and time management skills.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience</b></h2>
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of previous work experience utilizing Revit in drawing production.</li>
<li>Experience with Bluebeam, Matterport, and Civil 3D is a plus.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Certifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>OSHA10 Training a plus.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education</b></h2>
<ul><li>Associate degree in engineering technology, engineering science or a related technical field.</li>
