It is essential to work well under pressure, have previous restaurant management experience, and be dedicated to detail. This position is to assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in accountability for Wrigley Mansion's performance and requires strong organizational and communication skills to drive our commitment to excellent guest service and high-quality dining experiences. It will be critical to successfully promote and publicize the Wrigley Mansion brand.Overall responsibilities include team leadership and motivation, financial management, guest satisfaction, and additional administrative tasks:<ul><li>Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including but not limited to service flow and standards, revenue optimization, and staff development, preferably in a fine-dining or high-end hospitality setting.</li><li>Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction; Respond efficiently to customer complaints</li><li>Experience with Google Suites, Toast Point-of-Sale software, OpenTable, and an understanding of inventory control systems (i.e. Restaurant365) is a plus</li><li>Deliver superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction; Respond efficiently to customer complaints if needed</li><li>Organize and supervise shifts ensuring productivity standards are met by all staff members</li><li>Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of Geordie&rsquo;s staffing needs.
