As we continue to expand our sustaining capital and brownfields project portfolio, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in mechanical, piping and process engineering to lead multidisciplinary projects through study and design. What you'll do: As a Project Manager within our Mining & Resources business, you'll manage the delivery of sustaining capital projects across a range of mining clients and commodities. Working within a collaborative design and studies team, you'll lead engineering design, coordinate technical disciplines, manage project budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes. <ul> <li>Lead the planning and delivery of sustaining capital and brownfields mining projects across studies and detailed design phases.</li> <li>Manage project scope, budget, and schedule in alignment with WSP's quality and safety standards.</li> <li>Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams - mechanical, piping, process, civil, structural, and electrical.</li> <li>Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical input, and drive value-added solutions.</li> <li>Prepare and review project documentation including estimates, proposals, reports, and design deliverables.</li> <li>Support the development of project controls and reporting to ensure consistent performance and transparency.</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.</li> <li>Proven experience working on mining sustaining capital, brownfields, or expansion projects within a consulting or owner's team environment.</li> <li>Solid understanding of slurry, piping, process, or mechanical systems in mining operations.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in engineering design, feasibility studies, and project delivery.</li> <li>Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.</li> <li>Ability to work within a dynamic team delivering multiple projects concurrently.</li> </ul> Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
