Roles &amp; Responsibility:&middot; Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from beginning and up to implementation.&middot; Analysing input data and finalizing process treatment scheme to fulfil customer requirement.&middot; Calculating process requirements, tank sizing, pressure requirement &amp; equipment sizing.&middot; Perform process simulations, Manage cost and time constraints.&middot; Utilizing process simulation software to work out the best permutation and combination for process &amp; cost optimization.&middot; Getting approval for design &amp; optimization work if any&middot; Preparation of proposals &amp; Estimation of operating cost for the proposed system&middot; Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems.&middot; Providing clarity for further working with the respective approved working sheet&middot; Process data sheet preparation for awarded projects&middot; Reviewing of P&amp;ID in process point of view&middot; Support instrumentation team for performing process automation and safety interlocks.&middot; Technical supporting work for purchase department&middot; supporting work for plant commissioning, operation &amp; maintenance team&middot; Assess data from previous implementation, make improvements and modifications.&middot; Provide process documentation and operating instructions with SOP.Training the fresher&rsquo;s on various software platform and department working &amp; procedures.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
