Roles & Responsibility:
· Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from beginning and up to implementation.
· Analysing input data and finalizing process treatment scheme to fulfil customer requirement.
· Calculating process requirements, tank sizing, pressure requirement & equipment sizing.
· Perform process simulations, Manage cost and time constraints.
· Utilizing process simulation software to work out the best permutation and combination for process & cost optimization.
· Getting approval for design & optimization work if any
· Preparation of proposals & Estimation of operating cost for the proposed system
· Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems.
· Providing clarity for further working with the respective approved working sheet
· Process data sheet preparation for awarded projects
· Reviewing of P&ID in process point of view
· Support instrumentation team for performing process automation and safety interlocks.
· Technical supporting work for purchase department
· supporting work for plant commissioning, operation & maintenance team
· Assess data from previous implementation, make improvements and modifications.
· Provide process documentation and operating instructions with SOP.
Training the fresher’s on various software platform and department working & procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
