Job Responsibilities :

Support the implementation of projects through lab, pilot trials and process engineering expertise partnering with internal and

external resources.

_ To collect data from lab experiments and do Mass & Energy Balance; coordinate with R&D in making DoE for negative

experiments

Do Kinetic calculation and make DoE for Micro reactor trials.
Collect and analyse Microreactors /flow reactors trials for optimisation
-Individual must be able to provide solutions through literature survey, generating novel ideas and creatively applying existing or

new technology.

Coordinate and support operating team for executing experiments at Process intensification lab.
Estimate and propose additional equipments, piping/instruments requirements for intensification trials.
Evaluate the intensification requests from business through checklist for feasibility.
Understand MSDS and process safety testing results and incorporate safety aspects in DoE and operations.
Prepare data sheets (TSS) for additional equipment and evaluate vendor quotes and provide technical recommendations.
Able to create conceptual PFDs & concept layouts for process intensification projects
Utilize and interpret data from TSU, RC1 and different analytical instruments for example GC, HPLC, ICP etc.
Able to calculate and arrive at CAPEX figures for Class 4 estimation of process intensification proposal once concept is validated

through intensification trials.

Should Participate in Hazop, PSSR of Process Intensification trials
Enquiry floating of additional equipments and technical clearance of equipments
Capture learnings from Process intensification trials and document it.
Support Management of Change during trial execution
Review R&D TTD package and current plant data for process intensification trials DoE.
Recommend suitable technology selection with ROI and Benefits and comply to Aarti Standard
Follow up with R&D for Chemical Reaction Hazard analysis and safety studies for all chemical and intermediates
Support Technology Development Manager for standards and Manual creation
Create an atmosphere in a team to promote values and culture of the company. Show leadership in showcasing culture of

organization.
