Noble Point Management &amp; Accounting is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our growing portfolio of small business and nonprofit clients. This is a part-time contract role ideal for an experienced accounting professional comfortable handling both day-to-day accounting operations and higher-level financial reporting.CPA designation is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Maintain accurate bookkeeping and transaction review</li><li>Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations</li><li>General ledger maintenance and account cleanup when needed</li></ul>Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare monthly financial statements including Profit &amp; Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports</li><li>Deliver monthly financial reporting packages for clients</li><li>Assist with financial analysis and reporting accuracy</li></ul>Tax &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Assist with business and individual tax preparation</li><li>Support estimated tax planning and compliance filings</li><li>Assist with IRS notices and supporting documentation</li></ul>Professional Accounting Services<ul><li>Support CPA-level accounting services when required</li><li>Assist with attestations and financial documentation</li><li>Support internal controls and financial process improvements</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>CPA highly preferred</li><li>3+ years of accounting experience preferred</li><li>Experience supporting multiple clients or small businesses is a plus</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Experience with QuickBooks Online required</li><li>Strong knowledge of reconciliations and financial reporting</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Contract role</li><li>Part-time engagement</li><li>Remote or hybrid (Memphis preferred)</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Memphis, TN 38120
