Job Summary:The Operations Executive (Female) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes. She will coordinate with various departments, manage documentation, monitor performance, and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operational Management:</li><li>Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Streamline workflows and processes to improve efficiency.</li><li>Monitor inventory, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of services/products.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Communication:</li><li>Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation:</li><li>Prepare and finalize client portfolios and audit for corrections</li><li>Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of operational activities, data management and reporting.</li><li>Process Improvement:</li><li>Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.</li><li>Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Client Support:</li><li>Address clients queries related to operations and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with management to align operations with business goals.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
