Admin Assistant

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical + digital)
  • Data entry and updating spreadsheets/databases
  • Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and official documents
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Receive visitors and guide clients at the front desk
  • Coordinate courier, document delivery, and dispatch work
  • Manage office supplies and place purchase requests
  • Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Assist HR with attendance records, employee files, and joining documents
  • Support accounts team with bills, petty cash, and basic record keeping
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing tasks
  • Maintain office cleanliness and general organization
  • Assist management in day-to-day operational tasks
  • Prepare meeting minutes and internal memos
  • Basic computer troubleshooting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
