 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assemble, disassemble, and prepare molds for production.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with machine setup and operation of our injection molding machines.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up and program robots and automation equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out Design of Experiments (DOEs) for complex molding projects.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning of equipment.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Order parts and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the shop organized and clean following 5S principles.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support quality checks, safety practices, and process improvement activities.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering&nbsp;&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Hands-On Skills:
 
 Mechanical aptitude with exposure to shop tools&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Preferred Experience:
 
 Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 A team player with attention to safety and willingness to learn.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills for recordkeeping and inventory.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
