What You’ll Do

  • Assemble, disassemble, and prepare molds for production. 
  • Assist with machine setup and operation of our injection molding machines. 
  • Set up and program robots and automation equipment
  • Carry out Design of Experiments (DOEs) for complex molding projects. 
  • Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks. 
  • Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning of equipment. 
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs. 
  • Order parts and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Keep the shop organized and clean following 5S principles. 
  • Support quality checks, safety practices, and process improvement activities. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering  
  • Hands-On Skills: Mechanical aptitude with exposure to shop tools 
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment. 
  • A team player with attention to safety and willingness to learn. 
  • Strong organizational skills for recordkeeping and inventory.
