About the RoleWe are a UAE-based manufacturing company specialized in high-precision marine and composite molds. We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced 5-axis CNC programmer/operator with PowerMill expertise and hands-on experience machining large-scale models or molds (e.g., boats, yacht parts, automotive, aerospace tooling, or similar).You&rsquo;ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating a large-format 5-axis gantry milling center, ensuring dimensional accuracy and high-quality surface finish on large components.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create complex 5-axis toolpaths in Autodesk PowerMill for large-scale components.</li><li>Program and operate 5-axis gantry milling machines (bed lengths of 3&ndash;10+ meters).</li><li>Interpret 3D CAD models, drawings, and surface data to generate efficient machining strategies.</li><li>Optimize feeds, speeds, and tool selection for large material removal and fine finishing.</li><li>Perform machine setup, tool calibration, and probing cycles.</li><li>Inspect machined parts using 3D measurement tools and ensure tolerance and surface finish meet specifications.</li><li>Maintain tooling, fixtures, and machine health for consistent production quality.</li><li>Collaborate with design and production teams to improve machining efficiency and accuracy.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in 5-axis CNC machining (preferably on gantry or bridge-type mills).</li><li>Strong proficiency with Autodesk PowerMill for toolpath generation.</li><li>Experience machining large molds, plugs, or composite patterns (boats, wind blades, automotive, or aerospace tooling).</li><li>Strong understanding of CAM strategies for complex surfaces (scallop, raster, pencil, 3D area clearance, etc.).</li><li>Able to handle machine setup, tool change, and offsets independently.</li><li>Knowledge of G-code verification, collision avoidance, and tool-length management.</li><li>Good understanding of materials like PU foam, MDF, aluminum, and epoxy tooling boards.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong communication in English.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeProjected Total Compensation: &#65020;3,000.00 - &#65020;6,000.00 per month
