About Us X Network is a rapidly growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) serving both residential and commercial customers across the Valley. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-speed connectivity and professional installations while maintaining a strong local presence and customer-first approach.Position Overview We&rsquo;re looking for a dependable, hands-on Installation &amp; Service Technician to join our field operations team. You&rsquo;ll report to our yard daily, use a company vehicle, and travel to customer sites for installations, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, solving technical challenges, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform fixed wireless installations and service calls for residential and commercial customers</li><li>Run and terminate Cat5e/Cat6 and RG6 cables</li><li>Mount and align wireless equipment on roofs, poles, and structures</li><li>Complete site surveys, troubleshoot connection issues, and verify network quality</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction</li><li>Follow all company safety procedures and represent X Network in a professional manner</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be 18 years or older</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Ability to climb ladders and work safely on roofs or elevated surfaces</li><li>Basic computer and networking knowledge preferred</li><li>Prior experience in low-voltage cabling, Cat5e/Cat6 terminations, or wireless installations is a plus</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn on the job</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Part-time position (Full-time may be available based on performance and business needs)</li><li>Company vehicle for field work</li><li>On-the-job training and certification opportunities</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Growth potential within a fast-expanding local ISP</li></ul>How to Apply Please apply here or email your resume to jobs@xnetworkaz.com.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $24.79 - $29.86 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 35 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
