Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Installation & Service Technician to join our field operations team. You’ll report to our yard daily, use a company vehicle, and travel to customer sites for installations, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, solving technical challenges, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixed wireless installations and service calls for residential and commercial customers
• Run and terminate Cat5e/Cat6 and RG6 cables
• Mount and align wireless equipment on roofs, poles, and structures
• Complete site surveys, troubleshoot connection issues, and verify network quality
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction
• Follow all company safety procedures and represent X Network in a professional manner

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely on roofs or elevated surfaces
• Basic computer and networking knowledge preferred
• Prior experience in low-voltage cabling, Cat5e/Cat6 terminations, or wireless installations is a plus
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn on the job
