CCS Trucking Inc. is looking for a dependable/self-motivated individual. The individual will be responsible for answering phones, data entry and performing other administrative and customer service duties as necessary in the daily operation of trucking &amp; warehousing. A Dispatcher, or Communications Dispatcher, answers and responds to any emergency or non-emergency calls to provide assistance or important information. Their main duties include logging each call, providing answers to questions by retrieving information from the necessary departments and supervising the field units&rsquo; routes to prioritize and organize their schedules. Needs to speak Spanish.Daily Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform administrative/clerical functions, including but not limited to, maintaining files, copying, imaging, answering phones, data entry.</li><li>Assist customers via phone, e-mail and/or fax in all inquiries, including but not limited to, tracing shipments.</li><li>Perform other duties as required.</li><li>A+ If can drive a van and have a Twic card.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:*High school diploma or GED*Strong phone and interpersonal skills*Strong written and verbal communication skills*Ability to use general office equipment, e.g. computer, fax machine, copier, scanner, etc*PC experience with the ability to learn required computer systems/programs *Demonstrated time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills*Ability to handle confidential information*Ability to follow instructions and complete required training*Ability to work independently and/or as a team member*Ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentWorking Conditions:*Office/warehouse environment*Fast-paced*Salary $16 to $20 Depend On experienceJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
