Administrative AssistantXact Warehouse Solutions is looking for a new go-getter. This is a part-time role which could move into full-time. Our new go-getter&rsquo;s title is &ldquo;Administrative Assistant.&rdquo; We are a small business. We are looking for someone who values excellence. We looking for someone who has a passion for helping leaders and team members stay on track and make sure responsibilities are completed timely and efficiently.Just a few tasks the Admin Go-Getter will do:<ul><li>Administrative aspects of the office</li><li>Meet with sales team to ensure follow ups are entered into the project management software and proposals are sent timely.</li><li>Plan and participate in team meetings</li><li>Other tasks as needed</li></ul>About the Admin Go-Getter:<ul><li>Must have a high school diploma. College is a plus.</li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Must have knowledge and used Adobe Acrobat.</li><li>Must demonstrate the ability to work independently handling complex projects and prioritizing and managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines and time constraints.</li><li>Solid exceptional organizational skills, follow up, and high attention to detail.</li><li>Innate ability to think fast and react in a proactive manner, prepare for issues before they arise, and adapt easily to changes.</li><li>Must pass a drug and pre-employment screening.</li><li>Must have the highest integrity!!</li><li>Experience in the commercial construction industry a plus.</li></ul>BenefitsIf role moves to full-time, Xact offers competitive compensation, medical and dental benefits, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), and a simple IRA retirement plan.CompensationXact team members are compensated based on experience.
