This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, optimizing, and managing the backend systems that keep websites and digital assets running smoothly.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot WordPress websites hosted primarily on CloudWays.</li><li>Perform WordPress installations, migrations, updates, and ongoing maintenance.</li><li>Troubleshoot PHP-related issues, plugin conflicts, and backend errors within WordPress environments.</li><li>Handle domain and DNS management using EasyDNS, including A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.</li><li>Set up, configure, and troubleshoot email DNS and deliverability, including authentication and routing issues.</li><li>Manage SSL certificates, redirects, downtime issues, and basic performance optimizations.</li><li>Provide IT and technical support for website, hosting, domain, and email-related issues to internal teams and clients.</li><li>Coordinate with developers and third-party support teams to resolve escalated hosting or DNS issues.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation for DNS setups, hosting configurations, and issue resolutions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience managing WordPress websites and hosting environments.</li><li>Strong practical experience with CloudWays hosting.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in EasyDNS and email DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).</li><li>Working knowledge of PHP for debugging and minor customizations.</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot WordPress performance, downtime, and configuration issues.</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple support tasks efficiently.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul>Core Skills Required<ul><li>WordPress Administration &amp; Support</li><li>PHP (basic to intermediate troubleshooting and customization)</li><li>EasyDNS &amp; Advanced DNS Management</li><li>Email DNS &amp; Deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)</li><li>CloudWays Hosting Management</li><li>Website &amp; Email Technical Support</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Exposure to diverse websites and digital platforms across multiple industries.</li><li>A collaborative environment with marketing, development, and operations teams.</li><li>Flexible work structure.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience and skill set.</li></ul>Please note this role requires availability to work in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone.If you are interested in the position, please apply or submit your detailed resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience to karthik@xamtac.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current annual CTC (INR)?</li><li>How many days is your notice period?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>CloudWays hosting: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>DNS management experience (including EasyDNS): 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>PHP experience in a WordPress environment: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
