This role is not for a beginner. We are looking for someone who understands LinkedIn strategy at a high level and can show real examples of past success.Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven LinkedIn Specialist to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, improve brand authority, increase engagement, and create lead-generation opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in LinkedIn growth, content strategy, personal branding, B2B outreach, and analytics. You must be able to create a clear strategy and prove that your work can deliver results.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and execute a high-level LinkedIn strategy focused on generating quality leads, business data, and client opportunities.</li><li>Use advanced LinkedIn search filters and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and target high-intent prospects.</li><li>Research, build, and manage targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, job title, company size, and buying intent.</li><li>Source, qualify, and organise leads to ensure only relevant, high-quality prospects enter the pipeline.</li><li>Execute strategic outbound messaging campaigns, including connection requests, follow-ups, and InMail outreach.</li><li>Track, analyse, and optimise lead activity, engagement, and conversion metrics (e.g. acceptance rates, response rates, leads generated).</li><li>Manage and maintain clean, structured lead data within CRM systems, spreadsheets, or approved tools.</li><li>Optimise LinkedIn company pages and personal profiles to strengthen credibility, visibility, and lead generation.</li><li>Analyse LinkedIn activity and campaign performance to continuously improve results and strategy.</li><li>Provide clear, data-driven reports on leads generated, qualified prospects, and business opportunities.</li><li>Ensure all outreach and data practices are professional, ethical, and aligned with LinkedIn platform policies.</li><li>Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, content trends, and B2B marketing best practices.</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of real, proven LinkedIn marketing experience.</li><li>Strong experience growing LinkedIn pages, personal brands, or B2B accounts. Ability to show previous results, case studies, screenshots, or performance reports.</li><li>Experience with LinkedIn content strategy, profile optimisation, and outreach.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with a professional and premium tone.</li><li>Understanding of B2B lead generation and audience targeting.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.</li><li>Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong advantage.</li></ul>You Must Be Able to Show Results Such As <ul><li>LinkedIn follower growth.</li><li>Increased profile or page views.</li><li>Improved engagement rates.</li><li>Successful outreach campaigns.</li><li>Leads generated through LinkedIn.</li><li>Before-and-after profile or company page improvements.</li><li>Case studies from previous clients or employers.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate You are strategic, data-driven, creative, and highly experienced in LinkedIn growth.
