We are looking for a highly experienced LinkedIn Specialist who can help us build a strong, premium LinkedIn presence and generate measurable business results. This role is not for a beginner. We are looking for someone who understands LinkedIn strategy at a high level and can show real examples of past success.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven LinkedIn Specialist to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, improve brand authority, increase engagement, and create lead-generation opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in LinkedIn growth, content strategy, personal branding, B2B outreach, and analytics. You must be able to create a clear strategy and prove that your work can deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-level LinkedIn strategy focused on generating quality leads, business data, and client opportunities.
- Use advanced LinkedIn search filters and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and target high-intent prospects.
- Research, build, and manage targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, job title, company size, and buying intent.
- Source, qualify, and organise leads to ensure only relevant, high-quality prospects enter the pipeline.
- Execute strategic outbound messaging campaigns, including connection requests, follow-ups, and InMail outreach.
- Track, analyse, and optimise lead activity, engagement, and conversion metrics (e.g. acceptance rates, response rates, leads generated).
- Manage and maintain clean, structured lead data within CRM systems, spreadsheets, or approved tools.
- Optimise LinkedIn company pages and personal profiles to strengthen credibility, visibility, and lead generation.
- Analyse LinkedIn activity and campaign performance to continuously improve results and strategy.
- Provide clear, data-driven reports on leads generated, qualified prospects, and business opportunities.
- Ensure all outreach and data practices are professional, ethical, and aligned with LinkedIn platform policies.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, content trends, and B2B marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of real, proven LinkedIn marketing experience.
- Strong experience growing LinkedIn pages, personal brands, or B2B accounts. Ability to show previous results, case studies, screenshots, or performance reports.
- Experience with LinkedIn content strategy, profile optimisation, and outreach.
- Strong copywriting skills with a professional and premium tone.
- Understanding of B2B lead generation and audience targeting.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a strong advantage.
