A valid driver's license is also mandatory as you'll be driving as part of the job. Come see what makes us so exceptional!Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, mowers, blowers, and edgers to perform lawn care and landscape tasks efficiently.</li><li>Mow lawns, edge borders, prune shrubs, trim trees, and perform general gardening duties to ensure pristine outdoor spaces.</li><li>Assist with landscape installation projects including hardscape features like patios and walkways, as well as planting beds and garden layouts.</li><li>Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to promote healthy plant growth and water efficiency.</li><li>Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks such as fertilizing, mulching, aerating, and seasonal snow plowing when necessary.</li><li>Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs or coordinate with maintenance teams for more complex repairs.</li><li>Follow safety protocols when operating machinery like excavators or performing construction-related tasks to ensure a safe work environment.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn.</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment is advantageous.</li><li>Basic mechanical knowledge helps in maintaining equipment and troubleshooting issues effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning enhances your ability to contribute across various projects.</li><li>Experience with irrigation systems or hardscape installation is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for physically demanding tasks is essential.
