About the Role</h3>
We&rsquo;re looking for a Sub-Dealer Market Manager who is forward-thinking, sales-driven, and analytically sharp to lead and scale our sub-dealer operations across multiple states. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can think outside the box, and knows how to turn data into action.
You&rsquo;ll oversee large, distributed field teams, forecast sales and budgets, drive performance, and play a key role in expanding our sub-franchise footprint. If you&rsquo;re comfortable leading from the front, presenting to executives, and spending significant time in the field, this role was built for you.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Lead, manage, and motivate 40&ndash;50+ team members across multiple markets and states</li><li>
Drive sales performance through data-driven strategies, coaching, and accountability</li><li>
Forecast sales, budgets, and market trends using analytical tools and reporting</li><li>
Lead weekly sales calls with field leadership and sub-dealer partners</li><li>
Develop and present modern, executive-level PowerPoint presentations to C-suite leadership</li><li>
Identify, recruit, and onboard new Sub-Dealer / Sub-Franchise opportunities (bonus-eligible)</li><li>
Oversee operational performance, compliance, and execution across markets</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, and sales teams</li><li>
Travel extensively to support markets, develop relationships, and drive results</li><li>
Ensure brand standards, professional appearance, and customer experience expectations are met</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>
Proven high-volume sales experience (required)</li><li>
Experience managing large, multi-location teams across different states</li><li>
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast sales and budgets</li><li>
Operational management experience in a fast-moving environment</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills (reporting, analysis, forecasting)</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and leading group calls</li><li>
Professional appearance and executive presence</li><li>
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%</li><li>
Metro by T-Mobile experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
