Job Title: Sub-Dealer Market Manager

Location: Houston, TX (Remote with Heavy Travel)
Travel: Up to 75%

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sub-Dealer Market Manager who is forward-thinking, sales-driven, and analytically sharp to lead and scale our sub-dealer operations across multiple states. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can think outside the box, and knows how to turn data into action.

You’ll oversee large, distributed field teams, forecast sales and budgets, drive performance, and play a key role in expanding our sub-franchise footprint. If you’re comfortable leading from the front, presenting to executives, and spending significant time in the field, this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate 40–50+ team members across multiple markets and states

  • Drive sales performance through data-driven strategies, coaching, and accountability

  • Forecast sales, budgets, and market trends using analytical tools and reporting

  • Lead weekly sales calls with field leadership and sub-dealer partners

  • Develop and present modern, executive-level PowerPoint presentations to C-suite leadership

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new Sub-Dealer / Sub-Franchise opportunities (bonus-eligible)

  • Oversee operational performance, compliance, and execution across markets

  • Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, and sales teams

  • Travel extensively to support markets, develop relationships, and drive results

  • Ensure brand standards, professional appearance, and customer experience expectations are met

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven high-volume sales experience (required)

  • Experience managing large, multi-location teams across different states

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast sales and budgets

  • Operational management experience in a fast-moving environment

  • Advanced Excel skills (reporting, analysis, forecasting)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and leading group calls

  • Professional appearance and executive presence

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%

  • Metro by T-Mobile experience is a plus, but not required
