Job Title: Web Application Developer (PHP / Laravel + Database) Job Type: Full-time Location: TiruchirappalliJob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Web Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of web development, backend database integration, graphics designing basics, and the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using PHP/Laravel (or similar frameworks).</li><li>Implement backend database connections (PostgreSQL/MySQL).</li><li>Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.</li><li>Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation for projects.</li><li>Create basic graphic designs for web UI/UX, banners, and promotional materials.</li><li>Perform photo editing for website assets and marketing materials.</li><li>Assist with basic digital marketing tasks (SEO basics, social media creatives, website updates, etc.).</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong knowledge of PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter) or equivalent frameworks.</li><li>Proficiency in PostgreSQL / MySQL database design and management.</li><li>Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic frontend skills).</li><li>Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.</li><li>Knowledge of Git / version control systems.</li><li>Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator).</li><li>Photo editing skills for web and marketing materials.</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, website content updates, social media creatives).</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Good to Have)<ul><li>Experience with healthcare or EMR software development.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).</li><li>Security best practices in web applications.</li><li>Experience in designing social media posts, brochures, or website banners.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Equivalent practical experience also considered.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply through Indeed with their resume, portfolio/GitHub link, and previous project samples.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Back-end development: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
