Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Web Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of web development, backend database integration, graphics designing basics, and the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using PHP/Laravel (or similar frameworks).
• Implement backend database connections (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Create basic graphic designs for web UI/UX, banners, and promotional materials.
• Perform photo editing for website assets and marketing materials.
• Assist with basic digital marketing tasks (SEO basics, social media creatives, website updates, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter) or equivalent frameworks.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL / MySQL database design and management.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic frontend skills).
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.
• Knowledge of Git / version control systems.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator).
• Photo editing skills for web and marketing materials.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, website content updates, social media creatives).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with healthcare or EMR software development.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Security best practices in web applications.
• Experience in designing social media posts, brochures, or website banners.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Equivalent practical experience also considered.
