Key Responsibilities

Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications and feature plans
Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
Participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and efficiency across the team
Continuously analyze system performance and refine code/architecture to ensure the software can handle increasing load (scale) and operates efficiently (optimize costs/speed)

Technical Skills

Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Writing clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code in one programming language (e.g., Golang).
Working effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineering teams
A strong commitment to continually learning new languages, frameworks, and industry best practices in a rapidly changing field .
