We want someone who understands strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, trends, music, humor, visual style, and how to make people stop scrolling.You should understand cannabis culture and be able to create content that feels authentic to the industry without looking cheap, clich&eacute;, or overly promotional.Our brand is elevated, adventurous, modern, and a little disruptive. We want content that feels cooler, sharper, and one step above the typical product brand.Why This Role Is DifferentYou will have real creative ownership and work directly with the founders to help shape how Xhale looks, sounds, and grows on social media.There is no large production team or corporate approval process.
