The role focuses on night-time SEO operations, reporting, monitoring, and execution aligned with international markets.Key Responsibilities:1. On-Page SEO<ul><li>Optimize website pages for keywords, meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking</li><li>Improve page speed, mobile usability, and user experience</li><li>Implement SEO best practices for content and structure</li></ul>2. Off-Page SEO &amp; Link Building<ul><li>Execute ethical link-building strategies</li><li>Manage citations, directories, and outreach activities</li><li>Monitor backlinks and disavow toxic links when required</li></ul>3. Technical SEO<ul><li>Identify and fix technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and indexing problems</li><li>Work with developers/content teams for SEO implementation</li><li>Optimize site architecture and schema (basic knowledge preferred)</li></ul>4. Keyword Research &amp; Competitor Analysis<ul><li>Conduct keyword research for global and local markets</li><li>Analyze competitors&rsquo; SEO strategies and performance</li><li>Identify ranking opportunities and gaps</li></ul>5. Monitoring, Reporting &amp; Tools<ul><li>Track SEO performance using tools like:</li><li>Google Search Console</li><li>Google Analytics</li><li>Ahrefs / SEMrush (or similar)</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly SEO reports</li><li>Share progress and updates with the team/manager</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals</li><li>Experience with keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO</li><li>Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets</li><li>Ability to work independently during night shifts</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good written and verbal communication</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of SEO experience preferred</li><li>Freshers with hands-on SEO knowledge or certification may apply</li><li>Experience working with international clients or night shifts is a plus</li></ul>Important Note:This role is strictly for night shifts (8:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 AM).
