SEO Executive – Night Shift

Shift Timings:

8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (IST)
This is a fixed night-shift position. Only candidates comfortable working night shifts should apply.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated SEO Executive (Night Shift) to manage and improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility. The role focuses on night-time SEO operations, reporting, monitoring, and execution aligned with international markets.

Key Responsibilities:1. On-Page SEO

• Optimize website pages for keywords, meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking
• Improve page speed, mobile usability, and user experience
• Implement SEO best practices for content and structure

2. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Execute ethical link-building strategies
• Manage citations, directories, and outreach activities
• Monitor backlinks and disavow toxic links when required

3. Technical SEO

• Identify and fix technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and indexing problems
• Work with developers/content teams for SEO implementation
• Optimize site architecture and schema (basic knowledge preferred)

4. Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct keyword research for global and local markets
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and performance
• Identify ranking opportunities and gaps

5. Monitoring, Reporting & Tools

• Track SEO performance using tools like:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Ahrefs / SEMrush (or similar)
• Prepare daily/weekly SEO reports
• Share progress and updates with the team/manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Experience with keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of SEO experience preferred
• Freshers with hands-on SEO knowledge or certification may apply
• Experience working with international clients or night shifts is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,113.60 - ₹43,672.04 per month
