 Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for the output of CEX derivatives product content, and accurately understanding the needs of the BD department.

 Possess product requirement analysis skills and be responsible for tracking business progress and output, and accountable for goals.

 Able to grasp the business rhythm and provide timely solutions to problems and new requirements arising during the business promotion process.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Has a certain level of research experience in the blockchain industry, with strong execution and self-motivation;
 </li>
 <li>
 At least three years of relevant experience in the blockchain industry, with priority given to candidates with experience in contract derivatives business operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive product innovation, deeply understand user needs, continuously refine the product experience, and conduct operational work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze product and content requirements, promote cross-departmental collaboration among product, design, and R&amp;D teams, and ensure timely and high-quality implementation of solutions.
 </li>
 </ul>

 负责CEX合约产品内容输出,正确理解BD部门的需求。
 </li>
 <li>
 具备产品需求能力，并负责业务进度及产出追踪，对目标负责。
 </li>
 <li>
 能够把握业务节奏，对业务部门推广过程中出现的问题和新需求及时提供解决方案。
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 职位要求：
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 对区块链行业有一定的研究，具有很强的执行力和自驱力。
 </li>
 <li>
 具备三年以上区块链行业相关从业经验，有合约衍生品业务运营经验者优先。
 </li>
 <li>
 推动产品创新，深入了解用户需求，不断打磨产品体验，开展运营工作。
 </li>
 <li>
 分析产品和内容需求，跨部门推进产品、设计、研发团队，保证方案按时按质落地。
 </li>
