Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute localized promotion plans for the platform’s contracts, targeting high-potential crypto channels, agents, and influential KOLs in Turkey.
  • Act as the main point of contact for regional channels, agents, and KOLs, managing partnerships, feedback, and coordination to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with growth operations and regional partners to create and implement campaigns that drive user acquisition, optimize conversion rates, and increase trading volume for contract products.
  • Lead efforts to expand local market presence through business development, securing brand partnerships, resource exchanges, and strategic collaborations.
  • Achieve team KPIs, including targets for user growth, trading activity, and market penetration in the Turkish-speaking region.


Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency, with deep knowledge of crypto policies and trends.
  • Fluency in English or Turkish required.
  • Established connections within crypto, futures, stocks, or financial communities in the Turkish-speaking region, with a preference for candidates with access to relevant networks.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trends, terminology, and culture, paired with a passion for advancing the crypto ecosystem.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to engage with global and regional crypto communities across time zones.
  • Expertise in leveraging social media platforms like YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Instagram, with a keen understanding of KOL strategies and community-driven content.
