Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on helping others, possess excellent computer literacy, and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, this opportunity is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Handle front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing visitor sign-in procedures</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records</li><li>Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily administrative tasks</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities, including invoicing and expense tracking, to assist with financial record keeping</li><li>Coordinate office supplies inventory and assist with general office management duties to maintain an efficient workspace</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with administrative procedures</li><li>Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry systems</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently</li><li>Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar tools is a plus</li><li>Personal assistant or calendar management experience will be considered an asset</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude</li></ul>Join us in creating a welcoming environment while supporting our team&rsquo;s operational excellence!
