In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by ensuring each guest room is spotless, organized, and inviting. Your energy and commitment will directly contribute to memorable guest experiences and the overall success of our hotel.Responsibilities<ul><li>Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.</li><li>Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless appearance throughout the property.</li><li>Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately.</li><li>Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel standards.</li><li>Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or industrial cleaning tasks as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and ensure timely room turnover for incoming guests.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care equipment, and industrial cleaning tools enhances performance in this role.</li><li>Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates a strong understanding of customer service standards.</li><li>Knowledge of housekeeping management practices helps streamline operations and improve team efficiency.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high attention to detail is essential.
