Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless appearance throughout the property.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel standards.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or industrial cleaning tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and ensure timely room turnover for incoming guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care equipment, and industrial cleaning tools enhances performance in this role.
• Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates a strong understanding of customer service standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices helps streamline operations and improve team efficiency.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high attention to detail is essential. Pay: $22.26 - $26.51 per hour
